We’re glad you’re considering coming to Grace and want you to know that our Guest Services team is here to make your visit hassle-free from start to finish. Please note the following services we provide for our guests.

Guest Parking

We have reserved parking just for you that is conveniently located in the front parking lot in the first row facing the building . . . that means a great parking spot even if you're running late!

To easily get to Guest Parking, use either entrance along route 616 then look for the cream and burgundy Guest Parking signs to guide you.  You’ll see the Guest Parking attendants once you enter the parking area.

Guest Parking attendants will greet you and escort you to the Welcome Center kiosk.  Attendants will also provide you with umbrella coverage in the event of inclement weather.

Guest Services Kiosk

Our friendly team at the Guest Services kiosk is waiting to meet you and find out how they can assist you.  A host will personally escort you to your destination.  If you have to drop off children the host will assist you with the sign in and then help you locate the auditorium.

Café Connection

After our services you’re invited to grab a cup of coffee and meet some people from our church at the Connection Cafe.  You’ll also be able to meet our Senior Pastor and his wife and pick a free gift that we’ve prepared for you.

Wheel Chair Assistance

If one of your passengers needs wheel-chair assistance please pull up to the main entrance and look for the side-walk sign that has a wheel chair on it.  Let one of our door greeters know your need and they will assist you.  A greeter will wait with your passenger until you can park and join them.
